Chicken Fajita Tacos
Preparation:
Chicken breasts are an excellent meat that can even result cheap, delicious and can be prepared in a million ways.
Preparing the sauce:
- In a bowl mix the soil, honey, lime juice and sprinkle some dry oregano. Mix it very well until all ingredients are combined.
Continue with the preparation
- Cut the chicken breast in slices of strips to make them as fajitas.
- Preheat the oven 200°, while the oven reaches the temperature and put the chicken fajitas on a silpat of silicon to avoid that the oven tray gets dirty. In case you do not have a silpat you can use a metal tray. Once you placed the chicken fajitas, varnish them without sparing quantity of sauce and put them in the oven.
- Every 5 min for 25 minutes turn the chicken fajitas and varnish them with more sauce. When chicken fajitas are completely brown and well-cooked you can remove them from the oven.
- Serve some chicken fajitas in a tortilla and add some lettuce and sprinkle some salt. Garnish with some lime wedges and a dressing.
