Lime Ice Cream
Preparation:
- In a big bowl mix the 3/4 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, 2 tablespoons grated lime zest, stir ingredients until they are all combine, the sugar must be all dissolved.
- Pour the whole mix in an ice cream maker and freeze. In case you do not have an ice cream maker you can use a wide, shallow container, stirring from time to time. Enjoy!
