Persian Lime Pie

 

 

Preparation:

 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
    • In a bowl, pour the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and the cup of key lime juice. Mix until it is full combined and pour into Graham cracker crust.
      • Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the Surface of pie. Revise that the pie is not too hot before serving.
        • Garnish with lime slices, 1 ½ tablespoon grated lime rid and whipped cream if desired.
